The host was great, we had a little hiccup the first day, and he handled it immediately, was very nice and easy to get ahold of! I was a little nervous because there was no air conditioning but we opened the windows and it was perfect. We would definitely book here again”

“It’s a good location to do everything Northern east coast from Mackinac Island to Tawas and points inland. The cabin is spacious enough and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is very small, but you don’t want to spend a lot of time in there anyway. Communication with the host was/is excellent and timely. The screen on the door needed repair when we arrived, but I contacted the host to inform them that it was like that when we arrived, so all was good. We enjoyed the beach, Oscoda, Tawas, and……

“Cabin was exactly as described, loved the rustic feel, knotty pine interior and stone fireplace. My girlfriend and I along with our dog Ollie loved the property and the area. Jonathan was a great host and fantastic river guide. Will be back next year with a side x side in tow. Great area for hiking, canoeing, bikes and side x sides. ”

The hosts supplied amenities that many properties would not, such as: several different varieties of snacks, a plethora of beach toys, and lounges, spices that are usually not provided, a vast collection of pots, pans, dishes and silverware (ceramic and plastic), even children's silverware, bar glasses including martini and Moscow Mule copper mugs. Additionally, we experienced some trouble with the bathroom sink, and the host came over to……
