“We stayed in the Garden Cottage for a week and cannot recommend it for longer stays. While the property manager responded to our texts and generally sent maintenance within 24 hours, the property suffers from poor upkeep and temporary fixes. Our issues started at check-in when our entry code failed, and no one answered the phone, forcing us to communicate solely via text. Upon entry, the unit smelled strongly of marijuana, the bedroom closet door was broken, and a ceiling fan blade was hanging……

She replies quickly to my messages.My stay is 3 months long and the area is about a mile walk to the state park.The shower is very spacious and the king bed is very comfortable.While there is no laundry on site. It has not been a problem going to the laundry mat in town.The couch in the sitting area is cozy and comfortable to sit or lay on.I do bring alot of my own kitchen accessories but what is here is perfect for a short stay.
