“A very nice and clean location to stay for a graduation in the area.”

“My family had a different reason for seeking peace on our trip to the area. We were in town for a family funeral, and this little piece of heaven was exactly what we needed. The cabin was very welcoming, had what we needed, and had the peace that was very welcomed during this difficult time. We were close to events and family in Solon, but had a quiet, peaceful place to let down. The lake was a short walk from the property, with a convenient trail for walking, running, and enjoying nature.”

“This beautiful home was just as described. We had two families totaling eight people staying here as we gathered to attended a wedding. The beds were comfortable and the house was very well set up. It was also spotlessly clean and sanitized. Would definitely recommend this home!”

“This house was such a pleasant surprise!! We were in town for surgery of a family member and its convenience to the hospital was perfect. The space allowed us to come and go at the hospital and was great for me to get some work done in between. Comfortable beds and all the amenities of home.”

“It was in a great location and beautiful. We were in Cedar Rapids for a gymnastics meet at Alliant Convention Center. It was a quick drive there. We would have walked if the weather was better. Great city with lots of great local restaurants and stores.”

“Thanks so much for a very nice place to stay for my family, when we gathered with our extended family . We needed a few more bedrooms to sleep. Your place was very acomodating and very nicely deocorated for Christmas. The only thing is that the carpet was very soiled in the down stairs. I understand when you have a wedding party you would have a lot of tracking in on the carpet. It was a very nice quality carpet, just hopefully you clean it once in while. Thanks for a great stay. “Walking distance to restaurants within the quaint Czech village. Spacious living room to accommodate five adults. Across the street from a golf simulator. Bedrooms well equipped for our group that included two toddlers. Would stay again!”

“We stayed here for a weekend away with friends for a Hawkeye football game. Price was fair, owner was easy to reach and responded to questions about places nearby to eat after a long drive. Three bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with linens provided was great for less to pack. Neighborhood is a little run down but don't let that deter you from this home! We would stay here again.”

“We have lodged a lengthy complaint with Vrbo. This house was not as presented on the site. Do not expect that this rental will accommodate 12. There were four beds and a futon. There were only two towels. It is a house in the process of refurbishment. There is incomplete subcontract work and materials everywhere. Despite what was listed, it lacked a grill, jacuzzi, and other items. We booked a "new listing" in February, and the house was not ready for renters by May. We were not to know that,……
