"The hotel was good. This was our second time there, but we have only one complaint. The hotel has the capability and space to offers some additional amenities, like maybe a game room for teens, a shop, and maybe a night bar that isn't next to the pool, something little more cuasual than just the pool bar where you could eat."

"This unit was truly amazing. It is the perfect place for large families with plenty of privacy. There are 4 bedrooms (3 downstairs and one upstairs in a loft). The loft has a separate kitchen, bathroom, and huge terrace with the most amazing beach view. You are quite literally on the water front! The main floor also has a terrace with a beach view. The best part was the customer service from Luis. Traveling with so many people is brings up many challenges and Luis was there helping solve every problem that came up. Our flights got canceled and he accommodated us at the last minute for one more night. I have never experienced such amazing customer service. The apartments are in a gated community of condos with full time residents mixed with vacation renters so they are very strict about who is visiting as well at check-in/check-out time. The beach directly behind the condos is not swim able but very close by is a very popular beach called Jobo. Amazing experience all around!"
