“While this stay lacks in the polished stays of a fancy resort it makes up ten-fold in charm and personality. This was the coziest most wonderful stay we've had on our trip yet and we'll definitely be back. Located a mere 4 minute walk from the train station and a 1 minute from the beach this was the low key break we needed. The stay was clean with great amenities. The foot bath and soaking tub were great ways to end each day and the locality to nearby convenience stores made grabbing a bevvie……

“2008号室のオーシャンビューのお部屋に泊まりました。
眺めが良く、ちょうど河津桜が咲いていました。
チェックインはスマホで完了し、暗証番号でお部屋に入ることができ、わかりやすかったです。
周辺は特にお店もないので、事前の買い出しが不可欠です。
赤ちゃん連れだったのですが、ダブルサイズのベッドで添い寝ができました。ただし、ベッドの間は隙間があるので、枕でギャップを埋めました。
備え付けの有料コーヒーが特に美味しかったです。”

“Kitchen was very well-equipped, with a lovely big fridge. Appreciate the laundry machine available. Older place so a bit worn and dusty in places. Very spacious - yet somewhat awkward for just relaxing in. Single beds were not comfortable so we placed tri-fold mattresses on top. Orange duvet covers not a pleasant material to touch. We could not get hot water in the tub so we're not able to enjoy it! Air conditioning was good! Nice neighborhood. Lovely plants and birds just outside!”

“The apartment is very close to the train station. Extremely convenient location. Unlike other users' comments, we found the environment is not noisy at all. Very comfy and spacious. The owner's communications with us is polite and thoughtful. Overall, extremely good experience. Highly recomended.”

“きれいなお庭が付いた日本風の家屋でありながら、西洋風の素敵な寝室もあり、景色も素晴らしく、家族はみな心からリラックスして滞在を楽しむことができました。管理者のこだわりが感じられるアメニティがそろっていて、何の不自由もありませんでした。お風呂も格別で、落ち着いて楽しむことができました。やや深めのお風呂だけでなく、各所に段差があるため、足に少し不自由のある父のことが心配でしたが、本人は特に何の不便もなく過ごしていました。最終日の朝、伊東市だけでなく、この家屋そのものに名残惜しさを感じるほど素敵なお宿でした。留意点として、家屋のすぐ隣にある1台収容サイズの駐車スペース（坂を少し下りたところにある大きな駐車場ではないほう）は、大きめの車で来る人は注意が必要かと思いました。スペース自体は大きい車でも停められましたが、出入口のすぐ脇に覆いがない状態の溝があり、出入りする際は内輪差でタイヤがぎりぎりのところを通りました。駐車に慣れていない人は大きいほうの駐車場を使ったほうがいいでしょう。”

“I checked out and then headed off to tokyo, only to realized after i arrived at tokyo that i forgot my backpack near the stairs of the building. forgot it while i was moving other luggage. called our host and she immediately helped find my backpack and contacted me within a few minutes after she found it. super helpful. ”
