"We stayed one night at Yellow House Niseko, and that was enough for us. While the location was convenient for walking to local pubs and convenience stores, and the staff was very responsive—helping us arrange a private taxi from the airport—the overall experience left a lot to be desired. The biggest issue was the paper-thin walls. Our room had a sliding door that opened into the main lobby area, so we could hear everything—footsteps, conversations, and any movement from other guests. Although I think it offers good value relative to the competition I do think the room is too cramped and too dark. Although there is a window, it is usually difficult to access because it sits behind the bed with no walking space between wall and bed. After a couple of days I feel claustrophobic."

"The hotel was fine, however the different lifts to get to different floors was a little annoying. Breakfast was standard and nothing really stood out. Selection for vegetarians was limited. Room was of a good sign, but limited on room etc's like bottled water, or bath salts. Any other items where available in the lobby, but would have been better if they where provided in the room itself."
