“Jennie’s place is very clean and has all the necessary amenities for a short stay. The kitchen has everything you need with very nice appliances and Jennie stocks the place with plenty of linens and extra towels!!We appreciated having a parking space and close proximity to PATH trains and the departure point for Ellis Island and Statue of Liberty. Very convenient! The best part is how attentive Jennie is to your needs, as well as the many recommendations she gives. Great place!!”

“Conveniently located and affordable, if you’re a large group and have transportation to New York for sightseeing. Not a-lot of room for common space gathering. Best if you just need to lay your head somewhere and will be out during the day.Free parking is a plus, property could use some maintenance with flooring, window, coverings, walls and ceilings. One of the restrooms seems like it is a porch addition, and is quite chilly in the winter. Having both floors was a benefit with two kitchens.……

“My family used this very clean apartment as a homebase for our NYC road trip. The location is great, as the Statue of Liberty (Liberty State Park) was less than a 15 minute drive, and we were able to drive into Manhattan via the Holland Tunnel relatively easily. Ali was very responsive, and usually replied back within 5 minutes of a question!Please note that this apartment does not have laundry - the laundry facility is about a 5 minute walk away. ”

Initially, we walked to the train station and took the HBLR to Exchange Place, then transferred to the PATH train to Manhattan—never more than……
