“We took a trio because my daughter is moving to NYC but didn’t want to stay in the city because we drove in and was worried about trying to park in Manhattan. This apartment was perfect!!! It’s easy to get in and out of the city, the 119 bus stop is right in front of the house. All four bedrooms were super cute, very clean and very very comfortable! The backyard space was so fun to hang out and talk about the day! The host replied to my questions immediately and made our stay so easy. Parking...

“This isnsuch a gem and I will be coming back. Curtis is so nice and he really cares about his guests. Neighbors are nice and quiet and the vibe is very homey. There is a lot to do right in hersey city- i work in manhattan sometimes and i took uber several tjme sand other times i took lightrarail and path”

“Large bedrooms and nicely updated kitchen! It was weird that both bathrooms were on the second floor, but it wasn't a big deal. The owner was very responsive and the check in/ check out was a breeze! Close to to restaurants/ lounges as well!”

“The parking area was good. Once we entered the building the floors were dusty and had trash on the floor. One of the bathrooms stunk and nothing could be done to remove that aroma. Rooms from the listing looked good but there were cracks all over the ceiling and walls. The blankets on the bed had stains on them, some looked like blood stains. ”

“Conveniently located and affordable, if you’re a large group and have transportation to New York for sightseeing. Not a-lot of room for common space gathering. Best if you just need to lay your head somewhere and will be out during the day.Free parking is a plus, property could use some maintenance with flooring, window, coverings, walls and ceilings. One of the restrooms seems like it is a porch addition, and is quite chilly in the winter. Having both floors was a benefit with two kitchens....

“Not very close to public transportation, but if you bring your car then it can stay locked in a private garage. Very clean property with a queen bed, twin sized cot, and couch for 3-4 people to sleep. No dining table, but has a bar and stools between kitchen and living room area. ”
