Rare Absolute Beachfront Cottage - Jervis Bay Views

Absolute beachfront 1960s beach house – with all modern comforts! Perfect for laid back beach holidays with magnificent views of Jervis Bay. Wake up to the sounds of the waves, walk just a few steps onto the white sand, dive into the turquoise water and watch dolphins swim by at sunset from the deck.

Dolphincove is a cosy and comfortable 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house with a well-equipped kitchen, BBQ, laundry and reverse-cycle air conditioning. Rinse the sand off with an additional outdoor shower and enjoy Wi-Fi and a smart TV with Netflix.

Please note that there is a security camera monitoring the external entrance to the property. This will normally be turned off during guest stays, technology permitting.

Monday is bin night. On check out or by Monday evening please pull rubbish and recycling bins out to the roadside. Pull both in on Tuesday evening.
If the BBQ is used, please clean it and replace cover plate, weather shield and the two bricks to hold down the cover after BBQ has cooled down
WINDOWS PLEASE ENSURE WINDOWS ARE CLOSED when it is raining or if you are heading out. Wet bedding will be charged $100 for cleaning and drying.

Perfect winter stay

We arrived on Friday afternoon and stayed till Sunday , you open the door and greeting by the seeing straight out to sea, everything was clean , been winter we used the a/c in winter mode .. we did reach out to the owner as couldn’t sign onto Wi-Fi but he instantly heard back from him , the only thing we couldn’t a tea towel .. and some extra blankets for the lounge would have been a bonus , we had the best time and the view and the sea noise was priceless

Charming Beachfront Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this charming beachfront property. Despite its age, the place was impeccably clean and tastefully updated, offering a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The proximity to the beach made our stay even more enjoyable, providing easy access to stunning ocean views and relaxing seaside activities. The place took me back to younger years as a teenager, when my parents would rent a house near the beach. The renovations were great. Fully stocked with everything you needed. Thanks for all the spices! Love the sofas, and you had throws. The furnishing was amazing. The beach was so nice. I would definitely recommend highly and come back again.

This well appointed cottage had everything I wish for in a beach house , waterfront location ,simple but comfortable and cosy , beachy styling and decor , relaxing in every way . A cup filler

As parents we couldn't have asked for more. The kids were able to enjoy the beach multiple times a day without the hassle of packing and unpacking the car. We were able to relax and breathe and take in the view (which was absolute perfection!). Checking in and out was a breeze and Gerald was lovely to communicate with. Will definitely stay again.
