"Crowne Plaza is located at the end on Nanjing street in Shanghai and this excellent location had excellent dinning and shopping. The checkin and checkout was easy and a shout-out for Kathy who upgraded us to a VIP room with a view of the Shanghai skyline and my wife loved it. One thing I would recommend is that the breakfast buffet should clearly identify vegetarian dishes to avoid any confusion. We highly recommend this hotel for visitors who have a few days to see the city. "

"Breakfast changed each day and was very tasty but the quality itself was quite average, but totally above average for the low price of the hotel. Bathroom did have some mould but mostly not a problem. Amazing towels and hairdryer. Absolute loveliest cleaning and kitchen staff, limited English but so sweet and kind and helpful. "

"Check in and out process was fast. Hotel location is very good as it is in between the places we wanted to visit and very convenient to take taxi as well as close proximity to metro and malls. The rooms are big and comfortable for 2. Service is excellent including delivery of parcels to the room. We will come to The Langham again in our next visit to Shanghai. "
