“Brilliant 5* service. I got there late, they were no longer serving food. Pleaded with the manager and a meal was prepared for me. ”

“预定的是三人间，打印订单上显示也是三人间，结果入住的时候还要收取人头费15磅，垃圾的很。找HOTEL.COM沟通也没有结果。而一张床加一战沙发床，自己铺的，还要收人头费，第一次遇到这样的。酒店开在服务区里面的，地段就别提了。”

“Charming period house renovated into a modern hotel with beautiful gardens and surrounding property. Amazing cooked breakfast buffet. Enjoyed opening room window to hear birds each morning (hotel surrounded by nature). Staff were very helpful in arranging taxis, directions, late night snacks, and loaning me a phone charger. I definitely recommend this hotel. ”

“Hotel molto carino, semplice ma con tutti i confort. Camera grande rispetto agli standard inglesi. Colazione sia europea che english.”

“Shopping village nearby is very convenient. Staff were very helpful. Walls are very thin, can hear people up and down the corridors and vehicles early morning, the room was very warm but bed was comfy, pool facilities were good. ”

“Plenty of parking, easy check in, clean comfortable room with four poster bed and beer and soft drinks in complimentary fridge in room. Couldnt fault it”

“最希望有獨立洗手間，浴室。另外出外的後樓梯最好晚上有燈火照明。房間設施少了風筒。熱水壺很污糟，有很多污漬。”

“Definitely a place to remember and unwind after a busy time of work, whether that be holding which we hadn’t tried or enjoying a very nice view while having a drink to enjoying a relaxing time in their swimming pool. The food was spot on, affordable to the time we spend there. Definitely will return in the near future for another well needed time away from work.”

“We spent a pleasant night here with a very spacious room and comfortable bed, although the bathroom felt a touch old-fashioned. Our evening meals, in the bar, were OK, nothing special, although service was quite slow, and for some reason we couldn’t use a Greene King drink voucher despite it being a Greene King pub ! Breakfast selection the following morning was good and the smoked salmon and scrambled egg, freshly cooked from the hot menu, was excellent. Parking is in a courtyard behind the……

“It’s a very convenient hotel for Maldon, which is a lovely town and the restaurant is excellent. The staff are also incredibly nice.”

“This was the 4th time staying at the George and for the last 2 times ive a room with a very small tv. So s.all on this stay that watching the football i had difficulty seeing who was who and were the ball was. Otherwise the staff are friendly the meal i had very good. Next time unless i have a room with the bigger tv screen i wont be able to book. Neil”
