“I was told the bar and restaurant would be open while we there, it was closed because of no staff, No Airport shuttle service, No fresh water, it was left over from the night before, No coffee, We parked in hotel parking, It was snowing horribly for days, we got stuck in parking because nobody had shoveled or plowed, And not a tow truck came to help us,”
