Really helpful shuttle to/from the airport and ferry terminal. Rooms are small and a but stuffy, but the staff was super helpful. No AC but there’s heat & screens on the windows.

Clean room, breakfast, most staff were amazing! The only negative I have was with one shuttle driver. He had a seat taped off that read caution in his van. I did not see it initially when I scooted in. He rudely informed me that tourists destroyed the van with their fishing gear, how stupid and rude they all were, and he continued to complain the entire legnth of the ride to safeway. It was so uncomfortable that I rented a car to avoid him for the duration of the stay. The rest of the staff were amazing!

staff was professional and generally friendly and helpful. The property is well cared for The atrium is nice and bright and welcome on both sunny and cloudy days. The cookies , fruit and bars during the day and evening and good coffee are welcome. The continental breakfast is good. hotel is quiet and well landscaped. Location works well for the Valley and airport proximity.

The staff were excellent. There were warm cookies available upon our arrival. They have a shuttle that took us to Mendenhall glacier. They also will take you downtown or to the airport. The property is older but very well maintained the room and the property was very clean. We were only there one night so he didn’t have the opportunity to have the breakfast or use the laundry.

Wonderful dbl queen room!! Larger than expected! Very clean. Really enjoyed their shuttle services. Good recommendations for dinners close by. Loved loved the breakfasts!! Delivered hot your door on a hot bag. The food is cooked elsewhere and delivered on door step. My oatmeal was hit and the next morning my eggs with cheese plus bacon wea great. Wish they would deliver to my house!! Would go again!
