“Ellipse has a fantastic location right next to Mall of Africa, and the aparthotel itself was very nice, but poor internal communication significantly hurt the experience. Check-in was confusing since I received no prior instructions, and despite arriving after the 3:00 PM check-in time, I had to wait in the hallway while housekeeping finished up. Later, I was granted an extra hour for late checkout (12:00 PM) because I was unwell, but management failed to notify staff. Housekeeping knocked at……

“I stay here on occasion when the hotels close to Mall of Africa are booked out. Especially if you're here for a business week the Ellipse appartments is a really good alternative. Easy quick walk to Mall of Africa if one needs something. Safe compound. There's even a completely fine restaurant right one the premises (Olives & Plates). I also like the fact that they have a laundry machine in the appartment which is hand if I am on a longer trip. The one and only thing you need to know is that as……

“Staying at BlackBrick Bedfordview was unpleasant. I booked two rooms for 3 night. In both rooms the locks on the doors weren't working and the sheets had not been changed / cleaned after the previous guest checked out. I complained to management. The locks were fixed but the sheets were not changed throughout my 3-night stay. I will never book or stay there again.”
