“First: The property is hard to find. Looking for 23 Lang Street per Expedia. But you have to enter 25 Lang Street. Why can’t they provide accurate directions? Very poor start.
Second: The room is huge and clean and well-appointed. Oh wait, the architect forgot something. How about a bathroom door ! And bathroom walls that reach the ceiling! This place is for monkeys, not humans. Made for a unique experience that I’ll hope to not repeat. Somebody didn’t think this place through.”

“The room was large and had all the amenities, but we didn't use the kitchen as we only stayed 2 nights. The room was noisy - busy roads and single-pane windows? Around the property, things seemed to be in a state of reconstruction, so walking along the sidewalks, especially at night (poor lighting) was hazardous. We were charged for the room even though I had prepaid, although they did reverse the charge before we left. We found the front desk person we dealt with a bit hard to understand as he……
