First let's start with what l loved. The pool was big and beautiful. The marketplace cafe had good food, bar had good drinks. There were fun activities for the kids. The local beach was nice also! Now...what I didn't like...our room was disappointing. It was big and very clean, but the hotel is dated. Our furniture was old and worn. The sofa bed was a terrible joke. If the room had been updated with better lighting, new furniture, I would have given this place 5 stars. Overall service was great but disappointed they wouldn't give us an extra hour for check out and we couldn't get a luggage cart. I will also mention that I was happy we did not have to pay extra for parking and resort fees.

Room Location not great

This was a corner unit so if you opened curtain in bedroom or living room people on there lanai's are almost in your room. I just kept curtains closed for privacy

Great stay!

The property overall is great. There are some renevarions underway so in the future it will be even nicer. For the price this is an excellent choice. The pool is outstanding!

Great apartment, great location

The apartment was exactly as advertised, and it was perfect for our stay. We will look into staying there again the next time we go to Maui for vacation!

Nice resort and location.

Great resort and very big and nice room. The building is older, but the room and pool were great. Only complaint was it was advertised as a “Oceanview room.“, Although it was facing the ocean and we could see the tip of the ocean distantly, we were on the third floor as far away from the ocean as rooms could be. It definitely wasn’t much of a view from our room. Couldn’t see the pool or the beach, only far out into the horizon we could barely see the ocean.

The resort was great with the following exceptions. During the 5 nights we stayed no one emptied the trash. The dining on property was limited. The food that was available was good, but we ended up going off property for most of our meals.

Nice accommodations with great pool and beach access.

Hotel was nice but we were directly above the loading dock. We were woke up multiple times around 430 with a pump truck making a loud sucking noise until almost 6am. Pool is nice and right on the beach. Turtles every day. Biggest downfall was lack of resteraunt. It was converted to sales offices when the Hilton purchased it. Very big on pushing buying into time share program. Overall is a nice facility.

Loved it then, still love it today!

The Hilton Ka’anapali Beach Resort is an amazing place to stay! This Location is great, walking distance to shaved ice, foodie trucks and stores. This resort has a great pool and spa, suggest renting a gazebo or cabana, definitely worth the cost! The rooms are spacious and have enough amenities to make meals, relax and energize! 2 thumbs up! 👍

Great family hotel

This is a great hotel for families; great pool with a slide, and beach for all ages. Grocery store across the street is a bonus. It did not feel over crowded like other places we have stayed at in Maui. We had an ocean front unit, very clean, had a great layout and amazing views! We would book again.

Perfect

The experience was overall great. Only downsides which really arent downsides, parking is pretty limited but not impossible and food options onsite are the best but surrounding areas has more than enough choices.
