“Not sure if VRBO , EXPEDIA or the host were responsible but the house was booked out from under us. We did not find out until late afternoon the day of check in. We were stranded 2 hours away from home. All hotels in the area were booked because of Fathers Day weekend. Yes, I did get a full refund. This was the worst experience I've ever had. Not sure I will ever use any of them again”

“Everything STANK. The lobby was stinky, my room stank like cigarettes so ungodly bad. Scuffs all over the floor in my room and looked visibly dirty. Weird brown marks on ceiling of my room, bed was creaky and loud, I’ve never ever been so grossed out before. Didn’t even stay in the room the second night I got a new hotel. Waste of $300 Also wanted to note: gross bugs in bathroom, gross things in the AC, lady gave me a new room key ( lost mine at a wedding) without checking my id or anything, I……
