“When we arrived at the premises, the staff at the reception was not aware of our pre-paid booking even though we had called the hotel just an hour before the arrival. The staff had to contact a few people then only we were allowed to check in. There were no reasonable transport service available with the hotel. There was only one filthy washroom in a twin double bed room booked for 4 people. We had informed the staff beforehand that we will be checking out at 5:30 in the morning, but……

“Our stay at the Marriott has been by far the best while we have been in India. We arrived 3 hours before our check in time but as soon as our rooms were ready we were able to check in (2.5 hours early). The staff were friendly, helpful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The restaurant was great for food and drinks. We also utilized the gym and pool which were a great bonus.
