The first unit we checked into had both adult and baby roaches present. To the resort’s credit, they moved us promptly once we reported the issue, but the timing made the situation especially inconvenient since it was around 10 PM and we had just started settling in after returning late from a wedding ...

Stayed 2 nights but had no housekeeping services. We were out all day and by the time we got back to hotel it was too late. Upon checking out reception told us it has to be requested and we should have been told that when checking in. No one told us. Very disappointing to say the least
