“Really lovely, fancy hotel. The staff were nice and agreeable but lacked follow through. We were missing a couple of items in our rooms, requested them from staff, and then they were never delivered. I was told they would accommodate our request for quiet rooms, and we were placed by an ice machine, a door where staff were coming and going, and above the pool where they play music evenings and weekend. Also a lack of fast casual dining. I was there with teens, but the dining in the hotel was……

“Really friendly and efficient staff that helped the whole experience smooth and comfortable. Hotel room is nice and clean. Nothing to complaint with this level of charge. If really want to be picky, I found the sound from corridor could be heard easily. Also, some guys were drinking and talking (loudly) in the parking lot.”

“Breakfast was good. Housekeeping was good. Hotel is a little dated. Parking lot isn’t secure. The first night we stayed when we walked our dog in the morning someone’s vehicle had the wheels and tires stolen off of it- all four of them.”
