Very clean property with all needed amenities, great staff and convenient location, many casual dining options in the area. Did not try the breakfast so cannot comment. A one off issue (not due to the hotel or staff) was handled showing excellent customer service by the General Manager of the hotel Heather and Expedia customer service. We will definitely stay again at this hotel location because of the above reasons, and will continue to use Expedia also because of their superior and prompt service, and recommend both to others without hesitation.

I’ve stayed here a few times on my trips to Houston and the staff are always excellent and accommodating. My last night there the cleaning lady left a chocolate on my pillow and I thought it was the sweetest gesture. The only thing missing is a refrigerator for the room but I have family in the area so that’s not a deal breaker for me. But I always love my stay with FPS.

Comfort but TV issue

Enjoy the comfort and convenience of the hotel and room. However, there was some lingering issue with TV access/outage through the Comcast provider apparently. TV is good background noise while in the room, wasn't working consistently until last morning of my stay.
