“This was a very unique, in a good way, property. First, it would be tough to find a better location. The property consists of several historic, smaller, buildings, all in the historic Creek Street area. The room I had was a pretty good size and well appointed. The bed was firm, but comfortable. The amenities were good quality. I do wish they had a comfortable sitting chair, there was enough room for one, and it makes a difference. That’s quite literally my only complaint. The staff were quite……

“Convenient Location.”

“By Alaskan standards, this was a great place to stay with an exceptional view of the bay and the town below. The rooms were clean. The staff was helpful and on Property restaurant it was very very good.”

“Helpful and courteous management. Great places if you have pets!”

“Nice large rooms with full kitchen. Average clean but bed very messily made up. Dresser under TV was I missing 2 drawers?? Heat worked good & bed was comfortable. Saved $60 over competition next door so worth it. Would stay again😁”

“Very clean, nice unit with a big yard, good distance from the cruise ship craziness up town but short drive if you want to go in. Extremely happy with the place overall.”

“Could not have been more beautiful, clean, or comfortable! I felt so welcome and well taken care of. Can’t wait to come stay again!”

“Just stayed for a couple of nights for a business trip and price was reasonable and accommodations were much better than staying in a hotel. Would definitely stay here again!”

“This is such a cute little place in a great spot in Ketchikan. There’s easy access to the water, downtown, and Creek Street. The kitchen is fully stocked, bathrooms are too, and there’s plenty of room for everyone. The best part was the great communication with the owners. We managed to lock ourselves out one night, and they were so nice about it. They got us back in right away.Thank you so much for everything! We will be staying here again the next time we’re in town!”

“Our experience on the Lady Faye was exceptional. It had recently been moved from a downtown location to a much more peaceful and serene spot called Refuge Cove which made the experience much better. Russell the owner met us upon arrival and gave us a quick briefing and took great care of us with some groceries, coffee, etc. I would highly recommend this for people who are looking for something different and a better way to experience the incredible things on offer in Ketchikan.. we went hiking,……

“Great hosts. Comfortable and relaxing place. This is our family’s second time here - in town to visit our son who is stationed at the local the Coast Guard base - and it works great for us. It’s a short bit away from Ketchikan proper so it was even quieter. Still a short drive to downtown Ketchikan for the cruise and shops bustle if that’s your thing.”

“Perfect location; kind and helpful hosts; perfect time spent in a perfect place. Thank you!”

“Excellent rental. We will definitely be back. Super clean, well stocked kitchen. Great stay!”

“Very nice property but no extra towels or blankets available. No cups in bathroom. Loved the electronic information board. ”

“I wish there was an option to give more than five stars. This home far surpassed my expectations. Clean, comfortable, well appointed, spectacular view, huge deck. Walking distance to everything, but with an out of the way neighborhood feel. We will definitely come back to Ketchikan and will 100% stay in this home again.”
