We arrived Friday night around 10 pm, excited to be in Keystone. Imagine our disappointment when we found our bed wasn't clean! There was a pile of dirty towels on the bathroom counter and dirty dishes in the sink. We were unable to reach the host, and even called VRBO's helpline and they couldn't reach her either. On top of that, there was information for a property management company that wasn't contracted with the property. So, a terrible night of sleep on the couch to start the weekend in the mountains. The host did respond in the morning and the property was cleaned mid-day Saturday, however she did not offer any credit or compensation for the night in the used and dirty unit.Unfortunately, that experience colored the entire weekend and I would not recomend renting from this host.
