“The room is not that clean at all! The first day after checking in found out that the room was with some bugs even clawing on the bathing towels inside the toilet. Room is switched after that incident! The last night we ask the front desk if we can check out late (original check out time was 12PM) a staff told us that no need to inform them if it is before 1PM.
