“Excellent experience in every way!! The property was exactly as pictured. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. We loved sitting outside on the deck listening to the sound of the birds and the little stream. The pool and the pool area was clean, had plenty of lounge chairs and proper safety equipment was close by, if needed. “Our stay at this hotel in Blue Mountain was extremely disappointing. The room had no air conditioning, and despite repeatedly requesting management to fix the issue, nothing was done. There was also no hot water during our stay, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the room was very dirty and we even found bed bugs. Housekeeping service was unavailable, and overall cleanliness and maintenance were far below acceptable standards. This was one of the worst……
