“This is a great three-bedroom floor plan with an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas. There are lots of windows and natural light. It is very close to HEB and the main roads. It is a quiet area, very clean, and comfortable. The beds were comfy, and I especially loved the soft and cozy quilts. We're keeping this one on our list for future trips to the area.”

“We had a very relaxing week at the lake. This house was great for my family with the separate downstairs for my teenager. Great set up for our dog too! There are only a few negatives, but overall we loved it and it has an amazing view!! Despite these issues we would consider staying again: 1. The house was clean but a bit disheveled in a few spots (couch cushions, dishes in cabinets, etc) 2. The hot tub was dirty! Sand everywhere so we did not use it. 3. The house also has two great decks with excellent views and equipped with plenty of entertainment options (hot tub/pool table). “The house and location were wonderful, but we were dissapoined with the cleanliness of the property. The beautiful picture windows were dirty and full of cobwebs. The porch needed to be swept and furnature brushed off at least. And there was black mold all over the master shower ceiling. The other disappointment was that there was great outside furniture by the lake, but there weren't enough cushions for all the guests to sit comfortably.”

“This is a nice, large house with all the conveniences, less than an hour from Austin. It was roomy enough for our three families, inside, and out on the porch. The Llano River is very shallow near the house- you can walk halfway across it and not get your knees wet. Perfect for the children. The land across from you is undeveloped; it is quiet here. There is a sand island just across from the house, accessable by kayak. There are several kayaks to use, and a couple of life vests, but no……

“We loved Greg’s home, my family felt very comfortable. We fished ( catfish on minnows ), shot poole and watched our Mavs win on Greg’s big screens in and outside. Outside fireplace led to S’mores and midnight conversations. Loved it!!”

The trailer parking and boat slip is a little confusing so definitely request a diagram. Overall it was a 10/10 and we are looking forward to staying again.”

“The stay was great! The pictures were very accurate and I was able to plan accordingly. The owner was nice and quick to respond when I needed. If you have a larger party, I would recommend bringing extra trash bags, paper towels, and toilet paper because we ran out very quickly. Other than that, they had everything we needed for a fun stay!”
