"This is a great three-bedroom floor plan with an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas. There are lots of windows and natural light. It is very close to HEB and the main roads. It is a quiet area, very clean, and comfortable. The beds were comfy, and I especially loved the soft and cozy quilts. We're keeping this one on our list for future trips to the area."

"The listing was exactly what it looks like. Clean, beautiful property in a very nice neighborhood. The host was very easy to get ahold of and accommodated our every need. There were toys for kids and a high chair which was very helpful. Our only issue was we didn’t realize how isolated the location was. I would recommend mapping out what you’re in town for and as long as it’s not too far of a drive I think anyone would be very happy here!"

"The house is impressive. We had 7 adults in our party, golf trip. The house was clean, fully stocked, and spacious...plenty of room for all. The house also has two great decks with excellent views and equipped with plenty of entertainment options (hot tub/pool table). If you're looking for a clean, roomy house with great views, this is it!"

"The house and location were wonderful, but we were dissapoined with the cleanliness of the property. The beautiful picture windows were dirty and full of cobwebs. The porch needed to be swept and furnature brushed off at least. And there was black mold all over the master shower ceiling. The other disappointment was that there was great outside furniture by the lake, but there weren't enough cushions for all the guests to sit comfortably."

"This is a nice, large house with all the conveniences, less than an hour from Austin. It was roomy enough for our three families, inside, and out on the porch. The Llano River is very shallow near the house- you can walk halfway across it and not get your knees wet. Perfect for the children. The land across from you is undeveloped; it is quiet here. There is a sand island just across from the house, accessable by kayak. There are several kayaks to use, and a couple of life vests, but no...

"The views from the deck and inside the condo were gorgeous even with low water levels. The condo had updated and cheerful decor, was well stocked for our needs and had thoughtful welcoming touches. Barbara communicated all the information that we needed before check in. Would definitely stay here again."

"There was 4 in our party--family--and we stayed Monday and left Friday. Check in is at 4pm & check out is 10am. Entrance to the house---stairs were ok, but watch your kids-This house was clean, and had everything listed on amenities. King size bed in master bedroom was very comfortable--only thing is when AC came on it was hitting me on my face. Large bathroom with washer & dryer. "The house is tucked away in an older community of ranchettes. Nothing particularly interesting about the community other than being spacious and very quiet except for the occasional dog bark or chicken. The town of Liberty still feels like small town Texas but I doubt it’s going to stay comfortables way, as extensive road improvements in the area usually mean subdivisions are on the way. "We enjoyed our stay in this spacious property, there was room for everyone. The house was well stocked with items we needed and the children enjoyed swimming in the pool even if it was cold. The best part was watching the Eclipse which was amazing. The Host answered questions we had immediately would definitely stay again."
