“We had a wonderful time at this home. It was clean, beautifully decorated, quiet, and close to the beach. We enjoyed watching sunrises on the beach, taking in sunsets by the sound, and checking out local sights like the Pea Island National Wildlife Reserve and Bodie Lighthouse. The beach was never crowded and the ocean temperature was so comfortable in late July. The hot tub was a lovely way to end the day. I highly recommend this property!”

“Pelican Point was a wonderful place to spend a week with our family and friends! It is located close to stores and beach access and is a short drive to Avon if you need the Food Lion. The house is slightly dated but extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could possibly have needed to cook meals and the huge dining table was a wonderful bonus! We used it for meals plus games, puzzles and just visiting. Bedrooms were very nice with very comfortable beds. The true gem of Pelican Point...

“We stayed for a week and absolutely loved it. The upstairs balcony gives you an amazing view of the sunrise and the screened porch is perfect for enjoying dinner and listening to the ocean. Beach access is fairly convenient but we mostly just drove a few minutes north to a beach with life guards. It's a bit of a drive to a large grocery store but there are smaller stores nearby and plenty of great places to eat, coffee shops etc. If you're adventurous there's kite surfing and parasailing just a...
