"Great hotel with an amazing view of Osaka. Staff were helpful in booking restaurants and helping navigate around Osaka. The hotel is close to the metro station about a 6 minute walk and a few stops from Namba station. The hotel itself is clean and the rooms are spacious and plenty of room if travelling with kids."

"The hotel was clean , walking distance from 2 subway lines. The hotel lobby was on the 2nd floor which was kind of odd. But is connected to a family Mart which is a great place to stock up. The breakfast was very disappointing so I would skip and at 2k yen is very poor. The laundry machines are expensive , twice as much as my hotel in Rappongi and I had to dry them 3 extra times for a small load (sorry to anyone waiting to do laundry) , I ended up spending 5k yen to do the same amount of laundry that I did in Tokyo for under 1k yen. They do luggage forwarding but only take cash which was odd because every other place took card and this place charged me the most , you are probably better off going to the luggage forwarding down the street"

"Breakfast was very good, staff all friendly and helpful, clean room and facilities, excellent location is you want shopping, near train and bus stations. Highly recommend."

"Breakfast was great with lots of options. The hotel is classy. Short walk to Dotonbori thru the Shinsaibashi shopping street. Very safe neighborhood with a Buddhist temple and a Shinto Shrine closeby."

"The Japanese breakfast OMG the best one. But i doesn't exclude the buffet breakfast, that was amazing also. "
