“正如許多評語所說，此飯店地勢高需要開車上去，周遭無其他建築物，因此環境很清幽，安靜，獨立。飯店的外牆是白色的但很乾淨，房間陽台有花草，看得出有用心在整理環境，從外面看就很舒服漂亮。我們住的是4個房間+客廳的套房，相當寬敞。當然內部裝潢可以感覺得出建築物是有些年紀了，但是也整理得很乾淨。因為時間趕，沒有使用飯店其他設施，也沒有用餐。整體來說，我們非常滿意這裡的住宿，比起山下許多住宿，這裡安靜獨立，非常適渡假。”

“Receptionist unreliable with limited English skills! They didn’t clean our room! Bathroom was dirty and full of ants! We booked the pick-up in advance as requested, for the morning, because we had a bus, and they were in delay! I need to push several times!! We had dinner experience, terrible, limited food in terms of quantity and variety! When food finished was not replaced, even if we asked and several people were there without dinner yet! I strongly NOT recommend this resort! Very very bad……

“來到金馬崙高原體驗英國殖民時期的風采，所以特別選定這家的住宿，可在漂亮可愛的戶外花園享用美味的下午茶，真正從舊時代留下來的英式建築也很美，選用的家具也很符合英式風格。其他客人評論的室內照明不足，對我們並不構成問題。房間內部沒有空調，略感濕氣，幸好沒有霉味，睡得很舒服。除了沒有空調設備，也沒有提供冰箱、保險箱，設施上略顯不足，所謂的免費盥洗用品只有兩條浴巾、洗髮精、沐浴乳、肥皂。刮鬍刀、梳子、髮帽、牙刷、牙膏、漱口杯、棉花棒之類的，都沒有提供。雙人房也是有閣樓，即便是雙人房型沒用到的閣樓空間，也請更換一下床墊和清理灰塵，經過歷史洗禮的房子很美，希望旅館主人能好好維護。另外山上的濕氣重，老舊的木造建築本來就不可能很清爽明亮，有心理準備才不會嚇一跳。整體來說，住宿體驗還不錯，稍嫌美中不足，但無傷大雅。”
