However, the room is not clean at all with lot of insect bodies on the wall, floor and lamp. On the first day we checked in to the room, we found the toilet was very dirty and we called house keeping to clean again. It is totally unacceptable and unbelievable for a 5-star hotel. The was also mistake made in the bill, we did not consume anything in the minibar but the hotel charged it wrongly.
