The apartment that we offer has a good repair and is located in a beautiful historic building on the 5th floor, the building has an elevator. The windows overlook the courtyard, so it is always quiet. The front door is closed on the chip.
The apartment has everything for your comfort and relaxation: comfortable furniture and modern appliances. The apartment has a comfortable double bed, sofa bed, wardrobe, Tv and stereo. The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a historic building with high ceilings, central heating and a lift. It is very comfortable and fully furnished apartment. Parquet floor. Modern design provides maximum space, comfort and light. It consists of one room, a functional kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The living room includes a large double bed, sofa and chair, a wardrobe for storing clothes. There is a small Tv with a lot of local and international channels, a place for laptop, air conditioning and free Wi-fi. The living room windows overlook the courtyard. It has access to the balcony from this room. The apartment is always quiet and cozy. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking: fridge with freezer, gas cooker with oven, microwave oven, electric kettle, crockery, cutlery. Bathroom consists of bath, washbasin with mirror above it and a toilet. There is a washing machine. If you turn off the hot water in the house, you will have an individual boiler for heating water.
