“The hotel is new and the facilities are nice, location is convenient, but the service attentiveness has to be improved. The cards inserted for electricity of my room and my parents' room were removed after room made up and I got the same explanation - the maid might think that it was his / her card. How many cards did the maid think that he / she had????? Do not disturb sign were hanged on the door of my room and my parents' room, however both rooms were made up when we went back to room,……

“Hotel is pretty nice, good location but after service is quite poor I have stayed from 23rd - 26th Dec and have settled the payment in advance. They ask for my credit card for deposit purpose, when I check out they charged me 2 times the room fee without any notice (on 28 Dec) and when I reach out to them via email, no response was made (now considering reaching out on phone but yeah I am not based in Chile you know) Let's see how it goes, probably need to make some calls, bad experience ”

“Nice modern spacious room with comfortable king bed. Complementary water bottle provided. Breakfast was very good with a variety of fresh fruits and hot and cold items. Room wasn't made up until late in the day, after 3pm on one day. Area around the hotel was safe.”
