Homeowners are severely allergic to pet hair. Under no circumstances are pets allowed at this home. The primary suite and guest bedroom are located on the main floor. There is one guest bedroom up a flight of stairs. Windansea Beach can be dangerous for swimmers with strong shore break. We do not advise swimming unless you are experienced in the ocean. The bonus room is a detached, private room with a King and Queen Bed. This room has a separate entry and not accessed through the home. The fireplaces are inoperable. This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use. You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.

Windansea is a short drive to Sea World, and a half hour to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego.
