Modern Lux 4-bedroom house in amazing Mt Helix with AC, WiFi, fitness machines
This home is great for one big family or 2 families that are looking to enjoy the great San Diego weather!
Step through an impressive 8-foot custom glass door and into a sun-drenched, designer interior. Unwind in the cozy family room with a modern gas fireplace or gather in the gourmet kitchen — a dream for cooking. The spacious kitchen includes quartz countertops, top-of-the-line appliances: a 48-inch professional 6 burner gas range with double ovens and a 60-inch fridge/freezer combo. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, baking sheets, mixing bowls, Pyrex, dishes, glassware, cooking and serving utensils, and everything else you should need for a short stay!
Upstairs, the luxurious primary suite awaits, featuring a spa-like bathroom with dual vanities, a spacious step-in shower, and a huge walk-in closet. Right next door, a tranquil lounge space offers the perfect nook for reading, relaxing, or sipping your morning coffee. The main floor bedroom and two downstairs bedrooms offer plenty of space for your group to spread out and rest.
Whether you’re here to explore San Diego or simply enjoy some peace and quiet, this Mount Helix oasis has everything you need for a memorable stay.
