LV105 Upstairs One Bedroom with a Private Balcony Overlooking the Lap Pool/BBQ

The property operates under La Quinta short-term permit number 64330. The unit has one bedroom, one bathroom and a maximum occupancy of four.

An upstairs one bedroom at Legacy Villas. The unit overlooks the community lap pool and grill area. It is just a short-walk to the hammock garden, clubhouse and fitness room. The living/dining room has a flat screen TV, queen sleeper sofa, recliner and a dining table for six. The kitchen features all major appliances including a refrigerator/freezer, oven/range, microwave and dishwasher. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the hall closet. The bedroom has a king bed, TV, nightstand and chest of drawers. The bathroom offers a separate shower and soaking tub in addition to a large vanity. The villa offers all the comforts needed for a stay of a few nights to a few weeks. The unit can be combined with LV014 (Upstairs Legacy Villas Studio with a View of the Pool) to create a spacious two bedroom villa (subject to availability).

The vacation villa is located at Legacy Villas in La Quinta. Legacy Villas is a community of 280 resort condominiums and townhomes. The community is nestled in a mountain cove on the western side of La Quinta with views of the Santa Rosa and Chocolate mountains throughout the property. Enjoy 12 saltwater pools and hot tubs, a fitness center and a community clubhouse and barbeque. Legacy Villas is a gated community with 24 hour manned security. The community is a 5-10 minute walk to La Quinta Resort and only a short drive from Old Town La Quinta, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, the Indio Polo Grounds and numerous other desert attractions.

La Quinta is home to over 30 public and private golf courses. The PGA Tour's Humana Challenge is hosted at several of the city's courses each January. The BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament is hosted at the Indian Wells Tennis Garden every March; only a 10-15 minute drive from a majority of our properties in the city. Don't forget the Riverside County Fair and Date Festival in February, La Quinta Arts Festival in March and the Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals in April. The Coachella Valley is a wonderful destination for outdoor adventure in all seasons. This vacation villa is the perfect place for your next visit to the California desert!

Excellent vacation property

This is the second time we have booked this unit. We love legacy Villas for the pools and location and landscaping. I have mentioned to the owners last year that the unit could have some minor upgrades. Mainly the bathroom cabinets are in right shape and one can of paint would go along ways to cleaning it up. Last year we had a better Keurig coffee maker and this year a Hamilton beach single serve where we had to refill the water for every cup. A few small things make a difference. But overall we love it here and had a great 11 days. Will book again and so wish the owners would spruce things up a bit more.

La Quinta Stay

The property was nice and looked like the pictures. The only complaint was that it was short on amenities that we usually get when staying at a VRBO. For example, there was only a few tissues left in the box, and no back up supply-- so we had to find a store and supply our own. Also a small basket of snacks would have greatly improved our disposition upon arrival as our plane was late we arrived later than we expected. These are only suggestions for thought. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the location was outstanding.

Perfect quiet work getaway

Property was quiet, secure, and clean. Stayed for little under a week for a work conference. Location is close to Old La Quinta and a short drive to the grocery stores. Amenities at the property were clean and quiet too. Overall excellent stay. Hosts were thorough and responsive. Would definitely stay here again

Great Place To Stay For The BNP Paribas Open

Great location for the BNP Paribas Open. Less than 10 mins drive to IW Tennis Garden. Also close to shops and restaurants. This was the best location in the resort, overlooking the pool and nice views from the balcony. Great for early morning swimming.

Great place to get away!

Our impression of the property was it was well maintained, Alot of pools, nice area for walking, dog friendly, property was well kept and had what we needed. We didn't consider the time of year and the weather. Next time we will probably book later in the spring. But, all and all it was a nice place to stay.

Nice condo, good location

Well maintained overlooking a lap pool and hot tub. 3 minute drive to Old LaQuinta. We had to change the booking dates and the property manager was very accommodating. Hope to be back next year.

Amazing

The unit was really clean, it was gated and very safe. It had over a dozen pools so there was plenty of space to hang out at. It was also close to everything so that was nice. Pools were also heated. It advertises a garage, it I couldn’t get the car is because there was stuff in the garage. To be honest, we don’t really need a garage…maybe in the summer. Check in was a bit of an issue. We never got the check in email so we had to do a lot of digging to get a hold of someone to give us the door code.

we had a last minute trip to la quinta and was able to grab this picture perfect property that met more than our expectations. it was perfectly clean and well stocked. we enjoyed the location and how close it was to pool. it was our first time using a digital, “in house” check in/check out station and we very much loved the convenience and the dining recommendations! definitely will be coming back for an extended stay. thanks so much.

Not all stays are created equal. Even if a unit at this property may look comparable, a big part of what you are paying for is peace of mind that you aren’t going to have any problems.
