Sit in the beautiful midnight blue quartz pool and spa while you enjoy the Golf Course and Sunset Mountain Views and the wonderfully landscaped yard. Park your toys in the oversized garage. Master Bedroom bath features walk-in shower and soaking tub. Living room is open and features a 75" brand new Smart Tv. Internet through-out home. Well stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. This home is minutes away from the London Bridge and downtown.

Felt like home

This house was just what we needed! Met the owners early to drop off our bags before heading out on our boat for the day. The sweetest couple ever! Left us snacks, some drinks and was easy to contact with a quick response when I had a question. We were so comfortable in their home that it actually felt like we were “home”!

Another great year in Havasu thanks to our hosts Christy and Todd. Loved the cozy home. Everything we needed was available. Loved sitting in the backyard with great sunsets. Location was great! The Perfect Home

From the moment I booked this amazing Lake Havasu home, I realized we made the right choice. The owners were awesome. They provided great communication and were quick to respond every time I reached out. The house was spectacular and accommodated every thing we needed, from the 50 plus foot boat garage that fit my boat and truck to the refreshing pool where we were able to relax and keep cool after getting off the lake. Thank you Todd and Christy for sharing your amazing Lake Havasu home. We will be back to create more family memories.

New favorite Havasu stay!

We've been to Havasu multiple times now and rented different properties each time. This one is our new favorite! It's the perfect getaway with comfortable accommodations and a great pool for relaxing and staying cool. There is good internet, air conditioning, and 240V car charging. The kitchen comes equipped with plateware, utensils, coffee makers and more. The couch is super comfortable and the TV comes with most streaming apps. We really love the backyard! The pool has a large baja shelf with umbrellas and chairs, making it the perfect spot to lounge. And the view of the sunset at night is awesome. We very much enjoyed our stay and will be returning to this property in the future.
