“What an awesome spot. Huge surprise (booked in anticipation of playing area courses without doing a proper look) that turned out to make the trip. The courses on site are outstanding. Drop your clubs off at the club house and they have them in your cart and ready for your tee time. Great group of people working there. I’m already booking my next stay…”

“Our trip was due to our travel basketball team playing in the YBOA Magic Classic. Our coaching staff and basketball team stayed at the property. It was a great experience, the property owner was wonderful and very helpful/understanding to what we needed. We came back to Waycross GA with the championship trophies!!!! It was nice to have our team under one roof and bond a little as this was our first trip this season. Thank you so much!”

“The size of the property is great there are plenty of rooms. I love the Kitchen and Tracy was awesome to work with. The floors could have been mopped before we checked in since it did not seem that they had been. The bathroom in Room 1 was not clean well at all as he toilet brush and bowel was dirty and should be thrown away. The light in the shower has a short and therefore, did not work properly. The entire house needs to be aired out as there was a smell of oldness/closedup when we checked……

“This property had a great layout and very spacious! The kitchen was stocked with the necessities. The bathrooms were also stocked well. Not those tiny bottles of shampoo and conditioner but full size pump bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash! So nice!! Owner was very easy to access and quick to answer all questions or address any concerns! We will definitely book with Louie again!!”

“This is my 2nd time booking a place thru Vrbo. I have to say Kim is the best host. My family of 9 drove from NJ/NY to Florida. She not only contacted me in advance but also made sure we were able to get into the house. The house is gorgeous. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was so comfy especially after driving 20hrs. It was quiet and peaceful. Kids couldn’t get enough of the pool. Definitely booking again when we come down next time. ❤️🌹”

“Great place had everything we needed for”

“The property was wonderful and just as advertised…very clean, well stocked and extremely comfortable beds. The grounds were well maintained and the pool was wonderful and warm…plenty of seating although we reserved our spot usually by 10 am. The newly open restaurant and bar at the pool was an added bonus. We had never stayed in the Champions Gate area but once we got our bearing, we were able to find everything pretty easily…Disney Springs (we weren’t planning on going to any parks),……

“I am glad I didn't listen to the reviews because we are more than satisfied with this stay, I won't lie after I booked it I was so concerned on the property not being anything as the picture and when I speak I speak on building 7 with Mark the property was exactly as pictured I arrived at 3:45 sat in the car until 4 pm but in those 15 minutes I was praying because my fiance is very picky so 4 pm hits we get out the car get our luggage and proceed to the door still praying lol once the door open……

“Things that were great: Neighborhood was safe and clean, lots of restaurants. House was walking distance to Oasis club which was fun and had great food. House was clean and accommodating. Property owners were very responsive throughout the entire process. Things that weren't great: The houses were so close together you could hear other families party until 2am most nights with no one to call at that hour to shut them down. Interstate 4 is under construction constantly so you are sitting in……

“This house was prefect. I’m apart of a large family and we all fit very comfortably in this house.”

“Getting in and out of the gated community was a hassle. The lines were insane and a couple of times the scanner was broken. Also, the lazy river at the Oasis clubhouse was disgusting.”

“This is a whimsical and airy home with tons of room for a large family to play together or have their own space. The large screened patio with private pool and hottub were a great retreat between busy Disney days. It’s also just a short walk down the street to the community rec center which has an exceptional resort-quality pool and amenities. The parks are an easy drive or Uber. We loved the huge dining table, dual dishwashers, and dial refrigerators allowing for our family to cook and eat……

“Front desk/Danay or Danae is very accommodating. A good face of the company. Knows the needs of a client. We badly needed elevator for our 90 yr old mother. Pictures shown a townhouse with ground level accomodation. But the one we chose upon check out was located at the 2nd floor w/o elevator (not deluxe). Expedia cannot help due to protection coverage. Anyway, she find a way for us to be upgraded. If not for her I regret that I chose spectrum. I highly recommend this beatiful resort. Worth……

“Loved it and kid friendly. ”

“Overall the place is nice and the neighborhood feels very safe. My only complaint would be that it just didn’t feel all that clean for some reason. I suggest getting new sheets and towels. The beds weren’t all that comfortable. Also one of the sinks needs to be replaced because there was some rust in the bowl. There is no hand soap available. Other than that, decent amenities like the pool, tvs, and ping pong table were nice. Also the host is very communicative.”
