“This house was perfect for our trip. The kids LOVED the game room. The hosts were very fast to respond when contacted. The beds were comfortable, and the house was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, it was in a quiet area, with lots of space and a great house for a lot of people. Takes about 35-40 minutes to drive up to Sunrise for skiing. We will definitely stay here again when we make another trip to Pinetop/Lakeside.”

“This place was awesome the lake was pretty much the back yard and there was a grass area for the kids to play we could just relax in our front porch watching them play all day it was relaxing maybe kinda nostalgic even. we are definitely going back thank you chuck for going over and above to make us feel welcomed and valued customers you really do know how to run youre place ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“We enjoyed our time here. Ample amounts of blankets and pillows, which was great! Beds were comfortable. I felt that generally speaking everything was well kept and clean. There were webs up in the ceiling rafters, which would make some squeamish, but I didn't feel like it effected our stay much. Rented a boat around the corner - would 100% do that again! The host helped guide where to look for the boat rental. Thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the morning with my coffee.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely go back. It is a charming house and very clean. There are also kayaks available to use and toys for kids to keep them busy. The covered deck with fireplace was very nice and with gates at all the entrances, it is very kid friendly. We had a wonderful time!”

“This quaint and charming little cabin was the ideal property for us to celebrate our 34th anniversary along with our little buddy Banjo:) The large well manicured fenced yard was a perfect setting for my cattle dog to enjoy chasing squirrels and having the freedom that he enjoys. Shannon and Jess are wonderful hosts and have done a great job in creating a comfortable cozy setting that has all the amenities needed for a week in the White Mountains. We will definitely be back!!! Alan and Debbie……

“If you want the Arcade it is in the lock door downstairs. We were able to access it and use the bathroom across from the arcade game and we got charged $200 because we used the toilet and washed Our hands. We didn’t used the shower. Did not step foot in the bunkbed. so be careful when you use the arcade games don’t use the bathroom. Other than that, the house was nice in a good area close to rainbow Lake. We took the kayaks to rainbow Lake had a really good day.”

“This cabin was just what we were looking for. Love that it was deep in the woods. Didn’t love that the neighbors were so close. Just didn’t want to disrupt them with my children. Also, the spiral staircase was a bit difficult, but overall it was very nice! Also, it was so nice to everything so well stocked. Would definitely recommend.”
