“The door had a huge crack on it, there was dead insect on the bed, the check-in guy wasn't too friendly, didn't tell me welcome to Quality inn, or let me know information on what the hotel breakfast. Breakfast was nothing but bagels with jam that was old. They didn't have any hot breakfast, just muffins, bagels. They kept charging my card w/o my approval. Charged me 20 for 2 extra people - even though the room can have guest up to 4 to 5. Unfriendly service. ”

“Normally I would rate excellent; I’ve stayed twice, both times with private jacuzzi tub in room and they’ve been great stays with very clean and last night was different, the bathroom floor had spots under the door and the toilet wasn’t clean; the bed sheets were wrinkled like they’d been slept in on the one side, I was so tired and they only had the one private tub room. “The property was good, the problem was the "upgraded" room. I picked it because it said deluxe (not because it advertised a hot tub). What the pictures didn't show was that the tub is in the main room. Really strange to have the tub next to the bed. Other problem was the tub caused a sink in the room... to much moisture. I suspect the regular room would have been a lot better. Breakfast was good. ”
