“I booked this house for my crew who was in the area, 15 guys who were there for a local store remodeling. The overall feedback was that the house was clean, the views were one of a kind, and that the property was a special place that one would want to settle down or retire at. The cons that some mentioned are that the house could use some upgrades but that it still has a lot of charm and originality and its a newer home so it seemed like it was built that way intentionally. “The place was in a perfect location. We were close to everything. The house was clean. The only problem was when the upstairs neighbors checked in with all of their kids at 10pm you could hear them running back and forth through the whole downstairs. Other then that i would absolutely rent this again.”

“This unit has a great location. It’s on the second floor with a view of the ocean from several windows. Lots of good food options within walking distance. The layout worked for our family of 5 (all adults). There’s an open room with the kitchen and dining area included. Each of the 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms and are separate from each other. There is gated parking. There is some late night street noise, but it wasn’t too bad. I’d especially recommend the location.”

“This home is one of the best-situated pieces of real property in San Diego. The views over the bay in the morning, afternoon, and evening are second to none. The ability to walk down from your own private staircase with a paddle board and get out on the water is really wonderful. The home and all details therein are really nice. You can swim in the pool, the hot tub is quick to heat and easy to use, and all of the creature comforts are present. We would love to stay here again. Highly……

“Thank you, Joseph for an incredible stay at this gorgeous Sunset Cliffs house. We stayed here for a long girls weekend in late April and were so impressed with the property. It was clean, comfortable, thoughtfully laid out with all the amenities and more. We ended up changing some of our plans so we could stay back and just enjoy being at the house. We are leaving relaxed, refreshed and ready to return. Thank you!”

“It was a very wonderful experience. We had a family wedding and event at another venue so we were not able to enjoy wine tasting on the property. If it was just for an enjoyable, relaxing vacation or weekend getaway this was the spot. I highly recommend this place for what it’s intended for.”

“We loved our stay! It was the perfect size for our 20 guests! They provided air mattresses. The pool was huge. It did take a while to heat up so we wish it was heated ahead of time. The hot tub was perfect! Overall, it was a great place to spend the weekend with a bigger party and the perfect location!”

“This home is “stunning” & is located in a secluded area yet, easy to get to popular sights. We booked it for 1 week during the Christmas/New Year holidays. Unfortunately, we only were there for 3 days instead of 7 due to airline problems. We appreciated the welcome guide Lily provided prior to our arrival. While the cost was higher than other VRBO homes we found, it had amenities we were looking for such as, a private pool, hot tub & an entertainment room with a large screen TV that we knew……

“The property had an amazing views right across Sunset Cliffs. You could see this sunset every day, which was amazing. The house is very large and can accommodate a very large group and well and also has a very nice pool and hot tub. The host was also easy to contact very helpful.”

“This was the perfect setup for our group. All the amenities of home; it is clean, updated, and very comfortable. The three units allowed for privacy while still being close to each other. The location is close to grocery shopping, beach, and restaurants, but is still quiet and peaceful. Alessandro checked on us via text, enough to let us know he was there if needed, but not so much that it was intrusive. We had a minor issue that was addressed immediately. “We loved our stay! The views are really hard to beat and the location was supreme! About a 20min walk to beach/ town. 15min drive to the airport and downtown. We were a group of 12 and had more than enough space both inside and outside. One thing to note is that there are three bedrooms connected railroad style, but that wasn't an issue for us.”
