“It's a modern, well maintained building. The suites are spacious and quite well equipped. Some of the kitchen tools/appliances required fixing or replacing, but when contacted the management dealt with this promptly. The building tends to run on the hot side . For April they could definitely do with turning down the heat. There is no gym in the building. The main parking lot is busy, and sometimes there are no parking spots available. The secondary parking lot is close by, and always had spots……
