“It was a nice place with plenty of space to enjoy. Didn’t see a dish washing utensil with the dish soap so we used the paper towel. Other than that, nice kitchenette for preparing small meals or snacks. Could use a few glasses for juice, wine or anything else. Plenty of coffee cups and good coffees. Overall a good experience.”

“We had a great time at this well located place right near the Kansas border. Only steps away from barbecue, a grocery store, a convenience store, and a coffee shop, there is plenty to satisfy any of your needs while on vacation .The house was really well cooled on a really hot day and we appreciated that greatly .The owner is easy to get in touch with and very friendly .Entry into the house was simple and when we arrived it was clean and ready for our stay .Couldn't ask for much more. “Overall, we had an okay stay. The property felt safe, and the main living areas were surface-level clean upon arrival. However, there were several issues that impacted our experience. The biggest concern was the bedding, as the sheets appeared dirty. We also noticed that the air vents throughout the property could use a thorough cleaning due to visible dust buildup. There were a few maintenance concerns as well, including a broken window in the primary bathroom and spray paint on one of the back……

“Good location and easy check in process. This property had some functional concerns - the dishwasher did not work, the oven did not work properly (gave up making bacon after 45 min as it was still fairly raw) and the microwave was hit or miss. Sent host a message through app regarding dishwasher, but did not get a response. Host did send several other pre-recorded messages throughout our stay. Noted several ants in the kitchen and living area. Bedrooms were all upstairs, but entertaining areas……
