“The hotel lobby, room and parking lot were clean and welcomig”

“This is my 3rd stay here and this hotel has gone downhill in the passed 8 months. It’s dirty, dingy, I had to disinfect my bathroom before I could use it. I had to buy baking soda to sprinkle on the carpeting because of the Smokey/musty smell. I was very disappointed and unless it is cleaned up considerably I will not stay here again”
