“My room was absolutely filthy. Everything in the room was grossly dirty except the beds. There was dried vomit on the bathroom door & wall. There was dried urine around the bottom of the toilet. There was hair in the sink, sticky stains on the night stands, crumbs and debri all over the floor from the door to the bathroom. I was beyond disappointed and disgusted. The bedsheet was very clean but had several holes in it. The staff was extremely professional and helpful upon check in but……

“When we arrived to our room at 5:30pm, 2 1/2 hours after the time we could check in, the bed was not made, there were dirty towels and wash cloths in the tub. Went to front desk since the phone wasn’t working to call guest services. Told clerk the issues, she said they were full so couldn’t change room, but would contact the owner to see what he could do. She explained the issues and mentioned this was the 2nd time this week this has happens. Owner who is international, claimed it was clean just……
