“US family (2 adults, 2 young children) and 2 friends in town for the Berlin marathon. Overall, the property accommodated all of us well and I was very pleased! Pros:Great location, nice neighborhood in proximity to various restaurants, markets/grocery stores, and metro. Overall property was clean, adequately stocked bathroom & kitchen, and enough towels and blankets for our stay. We stayed 3 nights so you'd definitely need more towels beyond that. Washing machine was available but no way to dry……

“Die Buslinie 136 nach Spandau Rathaus ist nur 5 Min. zu Fuß entfernt. Der nächste Rewe, der bis 23 Uhr geöffnet hat ist mit dem Auto nur 3 Min. entfernt und auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen in ca. 10 Min. ”

“Our stay in Berlin was wonderful. Check in was simple and easily accessible. The apartment was spacious, the kitchen was easily navigated and I appreciated the quality of the coffee and the thoughtful welcome gifts. The neighborhood had a diversity of restaurants and a great grocery store was easily within walking distance, as well as the public tram. Overall, a very positive experience. ”

So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!”

“It takes 10 -15 mins to go to the apartment from the metro. There is a supermarket on the way. The apartment is just as described in the web, room is clean with all necessary facilities there. However, the password given by the staff is wrong, so I have to call the staff for correct password to get the key. ”
