“We (family of 5) had a great stay at LYV Apartments in early April 2026. The rooms are very nice, kitchen has everything you need and the host if easy to communicate with (both direct and via app). The area is nice and vibrant, with good and easy access to U-Bahn. We also appreciated the parking options in the backyard. All in all a big recommendation, and we will defintely be back!”

“Was für eine tolle Ferienwohnung! Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem der wunderbare große Tisch, auf dem wir regelmäßig unsere Brettspiele ausgepackt haben, hatte es uns auf Anhieb angetan.Dazu eine perfekte Kommunikation mit den Gastegebern inklusive Essenstip (der Italiener war wirklich sehr lecker!) und Warnungen vor dem Schneechaos. “Eileen was the most wonderful host - really appreciated having her nearby and she was super kind and helpful. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and was very quiet at night. Its location is super convenient for getting around Berlin as it's round the corner from both S and U bahns. I stayed with my little dog and there were a few nice parks close by for walks.
