"John made check in seamless. He was kind and offered assistance with whatever we asked. However, the hotel was not full and we were placed in room 402, the farthest/highest corner of the building and we had neighbors who banged several times on the wall. We were not noisy either. This was not our favorite Fairfield. They had new carpet that was very nice (kind of plush), but the room had a strange smell, the bathroom fan was covered in dust, the coffee maker was a cheesy one, the lamps were quite dated and outlets were lacking. The window screen was ripped and the frame wasn't fitting into the window frame. The TV was hard to figure out. We did not try the breakfast. Overall, the stay wasn't bad, but the property paled in comparison to our previous stay at a Fairfield."

"I honestly do not reccomend to stay at this place. If you dare to check in after midnight, they charge an extra day( which is not even posted on their site) beds were squeaky, sheets smelled dirty and the carpets were real filthy. I honestly just booked to stay the night, not for the luxury, but I will rather stay anywhere else. I will definetely not book here ever again"

"The property is beautiful, nestled in the countryside of tress and a lovely pond. Perry, the owner of BarDew Valley is very friendly and personable. He has a house dog named Sadie and she is very well behaved. The breakfast each morning is delicious."

"Foyer was beautiful, floors were beautifully shined! Our room was large, comfortable, clean and looked just like the pictures. It seemed as tho there was some staff available during tornado warning where directed to the basement and at the continental breakfast altho without identification. We enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Phillips!"

"I tried to cancel due to mistakenly booking at a wrong destination. I tried calling and email but only got transferred to some 3 rd party sight that I couldn’t open, phone calls were not answered . Bad experience I was charged for nothing."
