Our envelope for checking in was not at the front desk. I tried to call the numbers listed to no avail. But the residents there were the best. We had 6 people stop and wanted to help us out. A young lady called someone and they came downstairs and got it all straightened out. We would definitely stay there again. The room was immaculate.

The staff were very friendly helpful. We were pleasantly surprised at how well the food tasted, the menu variety, and the cost was very reasonable. The staff helped us decide what we wanted to do while we were in Bartlesville. Overall a great experience. I just wish I had looked at the website and known they had an indoor hot tub and pool - my bad.

The one thing I would have to say I was a little concerned about was you could hear people talking from out in the halls or there rooms. It’s definitely not a huge deal just a little bit of a shock! Otherwise it was a beautiful property!
