On the first floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, a sitting area, a half-bath, and access to the garage for storing equipment. On the first floor, there’s an office/teleworking area on the landing, two double bedrooms, and a bathroom with a toilet. On the second floor, there’s a relaxing living room with a TV and one double bedroom. Outside, you’ll enjoy a small, enclosed garden along the riverbank—NOT ADJACENT to the house—located 50 meters away. Oil-fired heating, electricity, made-up beds, and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. The owners, who are winemakers, will offer you a Champagne tasting by appointment.
